Amending §5 of Ord. 1990-1, 12/28/1990, imposing a realty transfer tax on certain real estate transfers in the Township, in accordance with the Local Tax Enabling Act, 53 P.S. §6924.101 et seq., and Article XI-D of the Fiscal Code, 72 P.S. §8101-D et seq., to authorize the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to collect unpaid tax, interest and penalty on behalf of the Township at the same time the Commonwealth collects its share of unpaid tax, interest and penalty pursuant to the authority of the Act of July 7, 2005, P.L. 149, No. 40.
