NOTICE OF SUIT The state of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate: A part of Location 300, Township 3 North, Range 7 West, described as follows: Beginning at a point 115 feet East along the south line of the Bedford Road and 147 feet south along the west line of a street known as "East Sixteenth Street: from the point where the corporation line of the City of Washington, Daviess County, Indiana crosses the south line of the Bedford Road, said last named point being the northeast corner of the tract of ground conveyed to Rose Scott Wallace on the 26th day of August, 1892, by O.H. Brann and wife, which deed of conveyance is recorded in the office of the Recorder of Daviess County, Indiana, in Deed Record 2, page 273, and from said point of beginning, running south along the west line of said East Sixteenth Street a distance of 56 1/2 feet to the north line of an alley 11 feet in width, thence west along the north line of said alley a distance of 100 feet to the east line of an alley running north and south, and thence north along the east line of said alley 56 1/2 feet to the south line of an extended alley which is 12 feet in width and running east and west, and thence east along the south line of said extended alley a distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning, containing 11/87 of an acre, more or less. More commonly known as: 303 NE 16th Street, Washington, IN 47501 This Summons by Publication is specifially directed to the following named Defendants whosewhereabouts are known to me: Indiana Housing Finance Authority 30 South Meridian Street, Ste 1000 Indianapolis, IN 46204 This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: Jakob H Batchelor and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators of the Estate of Lorrie Jo Batchelor In addition to the above named Defendants being served by the Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 25th day of September, 2018 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgement will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
