At the request of Stewart Development Inc., a Kentucky Limited Liability Company, a public hearing and specialcalled meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission has been scheduled to hear a request for a zone change of the aforementioned properties, and the public is invited to attend.
Said property is more particularly described as follows:
TRACT1:

I) Beginning on a post in the N right of way of Freeman St., said post being a corner to Dugger; thence with Dugger N 04 degrees 01’ 09” W 108.00 feet to a post in the line of Merrick; thence leaving the line of Dugger and running with the line of Merrick N 77 degrees 30’ 48” E 49.59 feet to a steel post, a corner to Tract 2; thence leaving the line of Merrick and running with the line of Tract 2 N 81 degrees 00’ 00” E 28.86 feet to a post; thence leaving the line of Tract 2 S 05 degrees 00’ 00” E 117.91 feet to a post in the N right of way of Freeman St.; thence with the right of way of Freeman St. N 86 degrees 02’ 05” W 79.92 feet to the point of beginning, as surveyed by F.G. Gover Road; thence southwardly with W.D. Gover line 115 feet to a stake in Zelmer Todd’s line; thence with said Todd line westwardly 23 feet to a stake, corner of Sam Todd property; thence northwestwardly with Sam Todd’s line 110 feet to the alleyway, the point of beginning.
