PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID WEST FALLOWFIELD TOWNSHIP TOWNSHIP BUILDING CONSTRUCTION West Fallowfield Township requests bids for the construction of a new Township building Contract No. 12047-2014-01. The contract covers the complete construction of a single-story building covering approximately 1,332 square feet and the associated utility service connections and site improvements. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site located at 6817 Main Street, Hartstown, PA 16131 at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, attendance is recommended. Separate bids will be received for general construction, electrical construction, plumbing construction, and HVAC construction, and bids must be submitted to the West Fallowfield Township offices by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened and read publicly. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required.
