GLENN, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE (S), HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, DEFENDANTS TAKE NOTICE that the named Plaintiffs have filed a Complaint in Action to Quiet Title averring that William P. Ion and Maryann L. Ion, husband and wife, and David W. Schwab are the owners of the following described premises, to-wit: ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in Cambridge Springs Borough, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: ON the North by land now or formerly of the Erie Railroad Company; on the East by land formerly of Mr. Smith and Celcia Mansfield; on the South by Church Street; and on the West by land now or formerly of Edward G. Haft. Being 275 deep and 60 frontage on Church Street, and further identified as Crawford County Tax Parcel ID# 1605-034-70001. Plaintiffs aver that the present whereabouts or existence of the above-named Defendants, or their personal representative(s), heirs and assigns, is unknown to them, that they and their predecessors in title have been in open, adverse, notorious, and continuous possession of the property for a period of twenty-one years and upwards, and that they are the sole owners of the property by deed dated January 27, 2014, recorded February 26, 2014, at Crawford County Record Book 1162, Page 48. Plaintiffs have requested the Court to decree that title to said property is vested in the Plaintiffs, and to enjoin the Defendants, their personal representative(s), heirs and assigns, from asserting title to said premises or from impeaching, denying or in any way attacking Plaintiffs title to said property. TAKE NOTICE THAT THE COURT HAS ORDERED THAT THE AFOREMENTIONED COMPLAINT BE SERVED BY PUBLICATION.
