PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE BY THE BOROUGH OF LINESVILLE NOTICE is given that the Borough of Linesville intends to consider the passing of a proposed Ordinance to be known as The Linesville Borough Traffic and Parking Ordinance, Chapter 240 Vehicles and Traffic of the Code of Linesville Borough. The proposed Ordinance will be added to and amend Part II, General Legislation, of the Code of Linesville Borough, Chapter 240, and establishes traffic and parking regulations in the Borough of Linesville. Included in the Ordinance are the establishment of stop intersections, one-way streets, parking regulations, prohibited parking areas, handicapped parking regulations, speed limits, tractor-trailer traffic regulations, noise from vehicle regulations, as well as the establishment of violations and penalties for the various regulations contained therein. Furthermore, the Ordinance provides that the Linesville Borough Police Department is authorized to enforce the provisions of Chapter 240. The Borough Council of the Borough of Linesville shall consider the passing of this Ordinance at its May 13, 2014 meeting at 7 p.m. at the Linesville Borough Building located at 103 West Erie Street, Linesville, Pennsylvania.
