TAYLOR, Plaintiff vs. LEE CHAKLOS and BILLIE JO KRAUSE, their personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns, Defendants A.D. 2014-279 TO: Lee Chaklos and Billie Jo Krause, and their respective personal representative (s), heirs, successors and assigns, Defendants TAKE NOTICE that the named Plaintiff has filed a Complaint in Action to Quiet Title averring that Brad A. Taylor is the owner of the following described premises, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point in the middle of Legislative Route 20048, which point marks the northwesterly corner of land herein conveyed, the northwesterly corner of the third parcel of land conveyed to William E. Shaw, et ux., by a deed recorded in Crawford County Deed Book 331, Page 269, and the northwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Donald K. Wallace, et ux., by deed dated August 17, 1972, and recorded in Crawford County Deed Book 467, page 691; thence in an easterly direction along the center of said road a distance of two hundred twenty-three (223) feet to a point; thence in a southerly direction at right angles to said road and along other land of Donald K. Wallace, et ux., a distance of one hundred forty-four (144) feet to a point in the northerly line of land conveyed to Donald K. Wallace, et ux., in Crawford County Deed Book 491, page 373; thence continuing along the same course line at right angles to Legislative Route 20048 a distance of two hundred twenty-five (225) feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction along the northerly line of land of William E. Shaw, et ux., a distance of two hundred twenty-three (223) feet to a point in the easterly line of land formerly of James Morrow, and land now or formerly of Max Haemer; thence in a northerly direction along the easterly line of land now or formerly of Haemer a distance of three hundred sixty-nine (369) feet to the point or place of beginning. Being further identified as Crawford County Parcel ID# 5403-032-1-A (Control No. 54-0-042698). Plaintiff avers that the present whereabouts or existence of the above-named Defendants, or their personal representative(s), heirs and assigns, is unknown to him, and that he is the sole owner of the property by deed dated August 7, 1995, recorded August 9, 1995, at Crawford County Record Book 276, Page 51. Plaintiff has requested the Court to decree that title to said property is vested in the Plaintiff, and to enjoin the Defendants, their personal representative(s), heirs and assigns, from asserting title to said premises or from impeaching, denying or in any way attacking Plaintiffs title to said property. TAKE NOTICE THAT THE COURT HAS ORDERED THAT THE AFOREMENTIONED COMPLAINT BE SERVED BY PUBLICATION.
