PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Meadville will be held in the Training Room at Meadville Central Fire Station, 850 Park Ave., Meadville, PA, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2014 to hear a request for special exception and variance of Howick Motors Inc, Lessee of 292 Pine St., City Lot Number 15-F-3 & 4, and 1037 Hemlock St., City Lot Number 15-F-5, zoned B-2 General Business District. Said request for special exception is to allow use of 1037 Hemlock St. for auto repair facility storage. Said request for variance is to permit storage on both properties outside of an enclosed building and to construct a fence which would exceed the allowable height limit specified under the Meadville Zoning Ordinance.
