PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION TO QUIET TITLE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CRAWFORD COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA CIVIL ACTION TO: DEFENDANTS PETER C. HEYDRICK, WILLIAM HEYDRICK, JAMES D. HEYDRICK, HELEN MAY HEYDRICK, KATE ELIZA HEYDRICK, CHARLES HEYDRICK, JOSEPH COCHRAN, JOHN J. COCHRAN a/k/a JOHN JOSEPH COCHRAN, MARGARET JANE MCCOMB, SUSAN COCHRAN, REBECCA COCHRAN, WILLIAM H. A.D. 2014-312 You are notified that a quiet title action relating to the following real estate has been filed against you in Crawford County Common Pleas Court, at the above case number. You are required to file an Answer within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this Notice or judgment by default will be entered against you. The real estate involved is located in the Borough of Cochranton, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows. to-wit: On the West by the East bank of French Creek; on the East by the Western right of way line of the Western New York and Pennsylvania Railroad; and on the South by West Adams Street, also known as State Route 173, Being a triangle-shaped, vacant parcel labeled on the current Crawford County Assessment Office tax map as "No Pin — French Creek Access Area." Chain of title to said land may be found by referring to Deed dated June 28 1832, and recorded in Crawford County Deed Book N. Page 743, and to Deed dated May 9, 1865, and recorded in Crawford County Deed Book M3, Page 176, as more specifically set forth in Complaint filed in the office of the Prothonotary of Crawford County at the above number and term. NOTICE If you wish to defend, you must enter a written appearance personally or by attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the Court. You are warned that if you fail to do so the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice for the relief requested by the Plaintiff, You may lose money or property or other rights important to you.
