INVITATION TO BID The North Vermillion School Corporation is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a new water main extension. Plans & Specifications may be obtained October 20, 2014 at the NVCSC Administration Office or by calling at 765-492-4033, or by writing to NVSCS Administration Office, Superintendent's Conference & Board Room, 5551 North Falcon Drive, Cayuga, IN 47928. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the NVCSC Administration Office on October 27, 2014 at 10:00 am. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package bearing the name of the company and clearly marked, "Sealed Bid for Water Main Extension Construction, Opening November 17, 2014 at 7:30 pm" Each bid MUST be in a separate sealed envelope or package clearly marked with the information stated above. The school corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and/or technicalities in any bid to award a contract after re-advertisement or negotiation. The school corporation reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part. Bids must be received no later than 7:30 pm on Monday, November, 17, 2014, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids received after this date will not be accepted.
