Grant Management and Engineering Services Public Notice The City of Goodlow has received funding for a Texas Community Development Block Grant. The City is requesting qualified firms or individuals submit proposals for grant management and engineering services. The City is procuring these services and will enter into contract upon the grant award. In order to be considered, proposals must be submitted prior to 5:00 p.m. on the 5th day of November 2014.
