December 1, 2014 Appanoose County Board of Supervisors met in regular session December 1, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. in the Boardroom of the Courthouse. Present: Dean Kaster, Chairman and Boardmembers Jody McDanel and Neal Smith. Absent: None. McDanel moved to approve the agenda as listed. Seconded by Smith. All ayes. Smith moved to approve the minutes of the November 17, 2014 meeting. Seconded by McDanel. All voted aye. Bill Thom, Kris Laurson and Carla Wahl requested funding for FY 16 for Milestones. Smith moved to approve liquor license for Louies Lakeside Bistro. Seconded by McDanel. All voted aye. Bill Buss, Greg Gorden, Jeff Young and Dan Bennett from AIC requested an abatement of county taxes for the old Walmart building now owned by AIC for the second half this year and until the building is sold. McDanel moved to abate taxes for the 2nd half of this year and until the sale of the building. Seconded by Smith. All voted aye. Smith moved to approve deputy treasurer appointments of Debra Davison, Tammy Robinson, Jennifer Salstrand, Michelle Gray and Beverly Clark. Seconded by McDanel. All voted aye. McDanel moved to approve resolution to change from Class C to Class A 572nd Street from 135th Ave east .25 miles. Seconded by Smith. All voted aye. Smith moved to approve resolution to change from Class B to Class A 138th Ave from 564th St South .505 miles. Seconded by McDanel. All voted aye. McDanel moved to approve payroll report.
