PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed bid proposals for the following items will be received by the Finance Director of Cumberland County until January 15, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. local time and publicly opened immediately thereafter on the same day: Document Scanning and Digital Storage of Personnel Records A detailed summary of specifications will be provided, upon request, by the Finance Director. Any bids received after the stated time, notwithstanding, shall be rejected.
