Hinrichs, II You and each of you are hereby notified that Jeanne Nichols, Judith Baker, Kathryn Chandler and Kristen Hinrichs, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of Payne County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2015-10 their Petition against The Successors of Frank Anton Hinrichs, Deceased, The Successors of Constance Cecile Hinrichs, Deceased, and The Successors of Frank A. Hinrichs, II, alleging that the Plaintiffs are seized and possessed of an undivided mineral interest in real property located in Payne County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty-Two (22), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Two (2) East that the Plaintiffs are the owners of the said fractional mineral interest in the said real property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that Defendants, and each of them, may claim some interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiffs which constitutes a cloud on the title of Plaintiffs; that said Defendants are hereby notified that you must answer to the Petition herein filed on or before the 15th day of March, 2015, or the allegations of said petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered in favor of the Plaintiffs against said Defendants, determining the heirs and devisees of Frank Anton Hinrichs, Deceased, determining the heirs and devisees of Constance Cecile Hinrichs, Deceased, determining the heirs and devisees of Frank A. Hinrichs, II, Deceased and quieting title in Plaintiffs and confirming Plaintiffs' possession of the said above-described real property, barring and enjoining Defendants from asserting any right, title, or interest in or to the interests of the Plaintiffs in the said real property.
