The Petition alleges that you have been separated from Petitioner for many months and that you are guilty of causing a state of incompatibility to exist between you and the Petitioner. The Petition requests that the Court award each party their individual personal effects which have been previously separated, a division of the indebtedness and further requests the Court to award Petitioner such property and personal effects as are in his possession.
