(Published in the Stillwater News Press January 25, 2015 1t) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Variance (PZ-14-1917) It is hereby noticed that at 5:30 p.m., on 2/5/2015, in Room 1122, Municipal Building, 723 South Lewis Street, Stillwater, Oklahoma, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Stillwater will consider a request from Polaris Services, for approval of a VARIANCE to Section 23.211 (2) of the City Code to allow gravel paving for a parking and storage area for property addressed as 318 E THOMAS AVE, zoned IL, Light Industrial, more particularly described as: West Half of Lot 9 and all of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Childress Industrial Park. At the above time and place, a public hearing will be held regarding such matters, and all residents and all parties in interest shall have an opportunity to be heard regarding the aforementioned matter. The variance application is available for public review prior to the hearing date in the Office of the Clerk, Board of Adjustment, Development Services, Second Floor, Municipal Building, Stillwater, Oklahoma.
