Collier, 1013 N. California Avenue, Palo Alto, California, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administratrix and Admission of Foreign Will to Probate. The Petitioner has alleged that Mildred Walker, age 92, departed this life, on the 28th day of April, 2011, in Marysville, Yuba County, California, owning real property in Oklahoma. The total value of the decedent's property in Oklahoma is $10,000.00, more or less. Attached to the Petition is a Will bearing the date of the 2nd day of July, 2010 which was filed in Superior Court of California, County of Sutter, Civil Division, but no probate proceeding was initiated; that a duly certified copy of the Last Will and Testament was filed in this Court by your Petitioner as "Exhibit A" attached to the Petition. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the Will to probate in the State of Oklahoma and order summary proceedings pursuant to OK ST T. 58 § 245, et seq.
