(Published In THE TIMES, Mayes County, Oklahoma January 22, 2017) PUBLICATION NOTICE JD-2015-20 THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: MELINDA GEORGE. YOU AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, the State of Oklahoma through Matthew J. Ballard, District Attorney in and for the Twelfth Judicial District for the State of Oklahoma, has filed a MOTION TO TERMINATE stating with particularity, the facts, which being the children under and within the purview of the statutes of the State of Oklahoma relating to the children, and the relief requested, specifically praying for the termination of the parental rights of the Melinda George of M.E. (DOB: 01/29/2006) the above named child and that control and custody of said juvenile be vested in such person, state agency or institution as the Court may deem to be in the best interest of said juvenile. Information of child, M.E., dob: 01/29/2006 born at Mayes County Medical Center, Pryor, OK. The father of M.E. is Morgan Bart Ennis and the mother is Melinda George. FURTHER, that the above named parents, guardians and any interested persons must appear before the District Court in and for Mayes County, Juvenile Division thereof, in the Courtroom at Pryor, Mayes County, Oklahoma, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. on the 4th day of April, 2017, when and where the Court will proceed to hear the merits of said MOTION TO TERMINATE and grant such relief or make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in these premises. You are advised that the respondents, parents, guardians, custodians each other interested parties, and each responded juveniles are entitled to be responded juvenile are entitled to be represented by an Attorney at each and every stage of these proceedings. If a state of indigence exists, such parties are entitled to a Court appointed attorney, at public expense. FURTHER, THAT IN THE EVENT, the parents, guardians or any interested persons (other than the children concerned) fail to appear as summoned herein, the Court will receive the testimony and evidence produced by the State on the date and at the time so indicated, and will proceed to grant such relief and make such orders as the Court deems to be necessary and proper in said cause, as supported by the findings on the merits of said cause of action. FAILURE TO PERSONALLY APPEAR AT THE TERMINATION HEARING CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS TO THIS CHILD OR THESE CHILDREN. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR ON THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED FOR THIS HEARING YOU MAY LOSE ALL LEGAL RIGHTS AS A PARENT TO THIS CHILD OR CHILDREN NAMED IN THE MOTION TO TERMINATE.
