PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Meadville will be held in the Training Room at Meadville Central Fire Station, 850 Park Ave., Meadville, PA, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2013 to hear the request for variance of Wesbury Foundation, Owner of 740 N. Main St. Ext., City Lot Numbers 79-A-9 & 10, zoned I-3 Special Institutional District. Said request is to allow an extension to a variance granted April 19, 2012 allowing encroachment of expanded buildings and parking areas into the required setback and to allow provision of fewer parking spaces than required in the Meadville Zoning Ordinance.
