PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a hearing on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, beginning at 5:00 p.m., at the West Mead Township building located at 1150 Morgan Village Road in West Mead Township, to consider the application of Brian Learn for a Variance to change the nonconforming uses of the existing commercial buildings located at 10062 Liberty Street Ext, in a Rural Residential Zoning District, from the existing facility housing one retail sales business and one light manufacturing business, to a facility that can be used for and occupied by up to 10 or more separate business enterprises engaged in multiple kinds of business uses including businesses such as retail sales, offices and light manufacturing, which uses are not permitted in the RR Zoning District under section 504 of the Zoning Ordinance; and a Variance from the sign restrictions of Section 630 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for signage for commercial uses as set forth in section 630.4(c) for the subject property. The application shall be considered in accordance with the standards set forth in section 1005.3 of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable legal standards.
