NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION To: Buck Grove Trust and any successors thereto YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the following described tracts of real estate, situated in Mahaska County Iowa, to wit: Tract I: That part of Lot Five of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-four, Township Seventy-five, Range Sixteen, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot Five, distant Thirty feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North along the East line of said Lot, One hundred-fifty feet; thence North 89û 24Õ West, 93.40 feet to a point 8.5 feet East, as measured at right angles, from the center line of Spur Track I.C.C. No. 492 of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, formerly the Minneapolis&St. Louis Railway Company as now located and established; thence South along a line parallel with the center line of said Spur Track, One hundred-fifty feet to the North line of Sixth Avenue: thence South 89û 24Õ East along the North line of said Sixth Avenue, 93.40 feet to the point of beginning. Tract II: The part of Lot Five of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter in Section Twenty-four, Township Seventy-five, Range Sixteen, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of Sixth Avenue, distant 9 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Chicago and North Western Transportation Company (formerly Minneapolis&St. Louis Railway Company) spur track I.C.C. No. 208, as said spur track is now located; thence Westerly along said North line of Sixth Avenue a distance of 100 feet; thence Northerly at right angles to the last described course a distance of 200 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the North line of said Sixth Avenue a distance of 110 feet, more or less, to a point 9 feet Westerly, measured radially, from said spur track center line, thence Southerly parallel with said spur track center line of distance of 201 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Tract III: That part of Lot Five of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter in Section Twenty-four, Township Seventy-five, Range Sixteen, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of Sixth Avenue, distant 9 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Chicago and North Western Transportation Company (formerly Minneapolis&St. Louis Railway Company) spur track I.C.C. No. 208, as said spur track is now located; thence Westerly along said North line of Sixth Avenue a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; thence Northerly at right angles to the last described course a distance of 200 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the North line of said Sixth Avenue a distance of 110 feet, more or less, to a point 9 feet Westerly, measured radially, from the center line of said spur track I.C.C. No. 208; thence Northerly parallel with said spur track center line a distance of 190 feet, more or less, to a point distant 9.5 feet Southeasterly, measured radially, from the center line of Chicago and North Western Transportation Company (formerly Minneapolis&St. Louis Railway Company) spur track I.C.C. No. 207, as now located; thence Southwesterly parallel with said last described spur track center line, and the Southwesterly extension thereof, a distance of 450 feet, more or less, to a point on the North line of said Sixth Avenue; thence Easterly along said North line of Sixth Avenue a distance of 85 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; Were sold for taxes for the 1988 - 1989, 1989 - 1990, 1990 - 1991 Fiscal years at scavenger sale on June 17, 1991 to Mahaska County Iowa, which has assigned all its right, title and interests in and to said tax sale certificates to the City of Oskaloosa, Iowa; and that the right of redemption will expire and a TreasurerÕs Deed for said parcel will be made, unless redemption from such sale be made within ninety days from August, 14th 2018.
