Notice of Public Hearing Concerning Designation of an Economic Revitalization Area Notice is hereby given that the Common Council (the "Council") of the City of Lebanon, Indiana (the "City") on September 10, 2018 adopted Resolution 2018-31 (the "Resolution") declaring an area located in the City to be an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1 et. seq. (the "Act") in which owners of real and personal property making application pursuant to the Act subsequently approved by the Council pursuant to the Act may receive real property tax abatement and/or personal property tax abatement pursuant to applicable procedures of the Act. A copy of the Resolution, including a more detailed description of the area and a map of the area being declared to be an Economic Revitalization Area, is available and can be inspected in the Office of the Boone County Assessor located at 115 Courthouse Square, Lebanon, Indiana 46052. The Resolution also directs a copy of this Notice to be filed with each taxing unit that has authority to levy property taxes in the geographic area being designated as an Economic Development Area.
