The title of the Ordinance is: “An Ordinance of North Shenango Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, to Vacate Township Route 344, Known as Wilson Road Between its Intersection with State Route 285 on the North, and State Route 3011, Known as Hartstown Road, on the South.” The Ordinance, if enacted, will vacate Wilson Road/Township Road 344 from State Route 285 on the North to State Route 3011, known as Hartstown Road, on the South for its entire length and width so that it will no longer be maintained by North Shenango Township as a public road and will become a private road for the use and benefit of adjoining property owners.
